The name
Why we’re called Valkemi
The name comes from alchemy, the old craft of turning ordinary materials into something valuable. The “Val” stands for value. It comes from the Latin valere, to be worth something, to be strong, to be well.
We do the same for businesses. We turn manual work, scattered tools and paper processes into simple, connected systems that create value.
The dot in our logo is the ordinary material. The gold is what it becomes.
