You're welcome to read, browse and share this website. Please don't misuse it: no spam through the contact form, no attempts to break or overload the site, and nothing unlawful.

• Prices are in US dollars and are for our work.
• A price shown as a range ("$1,500–$3,500") or "From" is a guide. Your exact price is the fixed price in your written proposal, agreed before any work starts.
• Outside costs, such as your web address, Shopify plan, apps or software subscriptions, are paid by you directly to those companies.
• Care plans are billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum, then month to month. If you pay for a year upfront, you get 2 months free.
• We may update the prices on this website. A change never affects a price we have already agreed with you in writing.

When you hire us, the details of the project (what's included, the price, the timeline and who does what) are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If anything in it differs from this website, the written proposal or agreement applies.

You own what we build for you: your website, your data and your accounts.

The text, design and logo of this website belong to Valkemi Tech Solutions LLC. Please don't copy them for your own business without asking us first.

Some pages link to other companies' websites, such as Shopify or Google. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for them.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is offered as it is, without guarantees. The information here is general; your proposal describes what we will actually do for you. We can't promise specific results from search engines or AI tools, because they decide what they show.

As far as the law allows, Valkemi isn't responsible for losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
