Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated: October 13, 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Valkemi Tech Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Valkemi”, “we”). If you have a question about your information, write to us at info@valkemi.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name and email, and, if you choose, your phone number and business name. It also sends your message and the answers you tapped on our site (for example "I run an existing business" or "an old website"), so we understand what you need.

When you use the guide. The answers you tap in "Find the right help" stay in your browser. They become part of the page address so you can come back to your results or share them. Nothing reaches us unless you send the contact form. If you write something in your own words, it stays in your browser tab and is only sent with the form.

Visitor statistics. With your consent, we use HubSpot to count visits, see which pages are read and learn where visitors come from (for example Google or social media). This helps us understand which services people need.

When you send the contact form, our website passes your details and message to HubSpot, which saves them as a contact in our customer list, so we can follow up and keep track of our conversation. This happens whether or not you accepted cookies. If you did accept them, the contact also shows which pages you viewed on our website.

When you book a call. The "Schedule a call" button opens our booking page, run by HubSpot. The details you enter there (your name, email and anything you choose to write) are saved as a contact in our customer list, and the call is added to our calendar.

We don't ask for payment details on this website, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. HubSpot uses cookies to count visits and to recognize you if you come back. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept them. If you decline, HubSpot doesn't set its tracking cookies, and the website works just the same. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

The website also uses your browser's short-term storage for two small things: carrying your own words from the guide to the contact form, and playing the logo animation only once per visit. Both are cleared when you close the tab.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and to do the work you ask us to do. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who helps us

A few companies handle information for us, only to provide their service:

  • Netlify hosts this website and receives the contact form messages.
  • Google Workspace delivers those messages to our inbox at info@valkemi.com.
  • HubSpot provides our visitor statistics, our customer list and our booking page (see above).

These companies may store information in the United States or other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to talk with you and do the work, and then for 2 years after our last contact. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@valkemi.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to how we use your information, to ask us to limit it, to get a copy you can take elsewhere, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
